Our September AC Check-in has now concluded and characters that didn't check in have been removed! If you forgot or just couldn't make it somehow, we have one week grace period where you can app back as normal! So you can app back before September 7th, 23:59 PST! After that you will have to wait a month before applying back to the game (so after October 1st)!

[ The video feed opens to... it looks like a park? From what can be seen, anyway, because most of the screen is filled with ducks. ]
[ That's right. There's ducks covering the ground, the bench that the man in the video is sitting on, and even the man himself. There has to be a couple dozens of them at least, but if the incessant quacking is any indication, there may be more behind the frame. ]
[ A couple ducks keep trying to hop off the bench, but the man carefully herds them back with an open hand, apparently determined to keep them nearby. ]
Greetings, citizens! Would anyone happen to be in need of a duck? I, ah, [ a duck perched on his shoulder starts fluffing up and flapping its wings, and he tries to lean away but still gets slapped over the head a few times before he finally raises his free hand to try and cover himself from the onslaught so he can speak without getting a mouthful of feathers ] seem to find myself in a bit of a bind here. I was hoping I could train them, but [ one of the ducks manages to slip off the bench and immediately makes a break for it, agitating the ducks already on the ground that start wandering off in different directions ] they're not listening to me and-- MARGARET, COME BACK!
[ There's some shuffling and the video feed just shows the sky as the phone was apparently placed down in a hurry. There's quacking and sounds of struggle for a few minutes. ]
[ If you're still watching, well, eventually the phone is picked up and Katsura looks like he's just been in a pretty brutal pillow fight. Meaning that yes, there's a bruise on his cheek and feathers in his hair and the neckline of his kimono is a bit askew. There appears to be less ducks around him now, though you may spot some in the pond in the distance, a few in the sky, a mass of them running all over the park... ]
Anyway, as I was saying. Ducks to a good home available today at Central Park! First come first serve, so please make haste, as they are proving to be quite popular. As you can see. [ Tilts the phone to show the now-empty bench, as if that's supposed to prove that somebody came and adopted all the ducks, rather than them all simply ditching him. Which is exactly what happened. You may also spot a Shady Shop duck whistle laying nearby. ] Ducks make excellent pets and are incredibly emotionally intelligent, so do make sure you're serious about the adoption!
[ A duck's face appears in the frame, staring at the screen point blank before quacking with determination. Looks like one stayed with him, at least. ]

Hello!
The Portal Gun RNG (here) winner has been rolled and it is Ezra (emanation )! NPCs will make this fact known for a few weeks. The Merchandise Store in Nightwake will also have an Ezra-special.
Starting from October 1st, everyone who participated in the event will be receiving a voucher for a spa trip that is three days and three nights long, as well as some very good chocolate (completely plant-based for those who are vegan).

For those who noticed that I was gone for a few days, I'm back.
If this is your first time seeing me: hi, I'm Stelle, your local Intergalactic Baseballer and owner of the pawn shop slash bar, Another Star's Trash.
And we have a few short announcements:
1. We are still hiring, so if you need a job, we're looking for anyone who wants to work PR, bartenders, hosts, and anyone who wants to help sell and buy stuff on the pawn shop side of things!
2. Starting in October, our bar menu is expanding for new drinks! There will be both alcoholic AND non-alcoholic variants of these drinks. Each one has their own special effect that lasts for 24 hours or less and will be explained in detail on the menu, so check it out!
3. I'm no longer vampire-proof, but I won't let that stop vampires from coming! For all of next month, all blood-related cocktails will be a buy one get one 50% off!

Rinku looks different. She's shrinking into herself a little more, her usually sparkling eyes have gone dull, and she looks like she's struggling to hold herself together. But G'raha seems confident and serious. He lets Rinku have the first turn to speak, gently encouraging her.]

[Particularly since the latest foray into the 'hell dimension'.]
And how those people - even those lauded as heroes in their own worlds - feel that their skills and experiences... 'translate' to the task given to us in this one. Do you feel like your being here contributes to the goals we are given to achieve?
[There's a brief pause. The camera dips, and a keen eye might note a book flying in his direction that shoots over his head as he ducks. He speaks to someone - or something - off-screen just before the transmission ends, sounding a little exasperated.]

...Given the announcement of the upcoming mission to the Heart Will Go On Glacier's portal to Hell, I wanted to give a delayed mission report of our preliminary expedition there a year ago, so we can use the intel to strategise accordingly.
[This definitely wasn't Mukuro's favourite subject- her eyes seeming a little unfocused as she picked up some notes from just off-screen. Ones she made beforehand, to ensure she didn't miss anything.]

Even if you are an experienced combatant, take extreme caution and prepare adequate defensive measures in advance. That is all.

Actually... this is not part of our main objective, but I will offer 1,000 Mooncoins if anyone locates a human hand- the left- wearing a brown leather combat glove down there and brings it out. I don't want it just staying there...
